About Vooglam points
1. Points can be used both on Vooglam site and app.
2. Click 'My Points-Points History' to see the details of points.
3. Unused points will expire regularly on the last day of the following year.
4. If an unpaid order is cancelled, the points applied will be returned to your account.
5. If you request a return, the points for the returned item will revert to your account.
6. The points collected in your account are not transferable to any other account.

How to use points?
1. Every 10 points=US $1, this may differ from currency due to the exchange rates.
2. Every 10 points=US $1, the offset rate varies based on your membership tier(Non-member 10% Lv1-15% Lv2-20% Lv3-25%).
3. Points cannot be used for shipping fees, taxes, and purchasing Voomer membership.
4. Points can be used in conjunction with other discount methods such as coupons and codes.
5. No exchange for points. The minimum unit is US $1.

How to earn points?
1. Each finished purchase: Every dollar you spend offers you points, which will be added to your account within 7 days after successful payment.
(e.g.: Purchased US $100 Get 100 points)
2. Leave Reviews: 5 points for each review.
3. Referral register: 10 points for each new sign-up through your link.
4. Referral purchase: 100 points for the first referral purchase through your link.
5.10 points for the first time sharing Vooglam eyeglasses with friends.
6. Up to 25 points for account verification.
