What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my eyeglasses?

Contact us via e-mail at Contact Vooglam or UK Email: support-uk@vooglam.com within 30 days from the day you receive your eyeglasses. You can get a new one or apply for a refund.  If you want to mail your glasses back, please contact our Customer Support and our customer support will provide you with the return steps. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Note: All returns must be returned in their unworn, original condition.
