Whether you just get your new glasses or have worn them for a long time, the frames may pinch your nose, slide out of place or simply appear crooked. Except for taking them to an optometrist for an adjustment, you can do it yourself by following these instructions.
Stand in front of a mirror and look straight ahead, make sure that the middle of the lenses is level with the center of your eyes. Check for the fit and make some adjustments properly.
1. Your glasses are sitting too low on your nose.
2. Your glasses are sitting too high on your nose.
3. Your glasses look crooked or tilted heavily to one side.
Lay your eyeglasses upside down on a flat surface to ensure both of the temple arms rest evenly. If not, you should level the temple arms or the earpieces.
Remember to make a small adjustment and be extra careful each time.

Sorry, but have to ask about adjusting ear pieces on metal frame for Product sku: GJGM000340-04 "Maggie (Multicolour). Still safe & affective to do as for plastic ?
Please advise. Thank You.
