    I have been trying to talk to someone about my glasses. Bought two pair. Prescription was wrong. How do I talk to someone about returning both pair to get the lenses corrected? I have emailed 7 times, called customer service 3 times and used WhatsApp. The response to my emails is that my glasses were delived. I receivd one return call and that was 8 days ago. The person said they would call back and they never did. Your policy says you will respond to emails within 24 hours  and that happend 1 time. When will I get to talk to someone regarding my issue with the 2 pair of glasses I purchased?

    I never received my glasses, you stated you cannot fill them and I needed a different pair I tried picking out another pair to exchange but you trying to charge me again
