Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we are not currently affiliated with any insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a detailed copy of your invoice so you may request reimbursement from your insurance company. Check with your insurance company, and if they do, you can request an emailed invoice copy from our Customer Service department, or you can download it to your account.
