I submitted a prescription with my order no prescription on lens I don’t know about anything but what my doc gave me I love the frame fit perfectly
I am trying to return 2 pairs of glasses. Your return policy says that the shipping label will have the correct address. How do I get a return address label?

I have two pairs of 'reading' glasses; never worn. Can I please return them to change the 'reading' strength to 2.25 from 2.75?
