Refunds usually take 3-7 business days from the date of issue to be processed and returned to the original payment method. As part of PCI compliance, no refunds will be issued to any card other than the credit card used on the order. If you don’t have access to the credit card on the order, then the amount of the refund will be issued as a store credit only to the customer account used to place the order.
Vooglam Store Credit is a virtual wallet linked to your Vooglam account where you will be able to store and access your credits if you return items and choose a store credit. If you return an item and choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund, the credit will be in your Vooglam Wallet immediately once we process it.
In this way, please notice that you will not be able to redeem the store credit for cash or money to the original payment account.

I need to return this as soon as possible
I am responding to an email that said I can get a full refund back to that credit card I used. For some reason I’m not able to find the option of total refund so that I may apply for it.
The glasses never arrived at the destination
I return my glasses and ask to put credit in my wallet. Do not see credit for my return glasses
I am so upset! I want the glasses that were NEVER received!!!
I guess a refund would be in order if we can’t locate them!!!
I'd like to cancel my order
You all have received my glasses frames back but have not refunded. Please do a.s.a.p. as I'd like to order different "smaller" frames. I sent back with insurance and tracking. You gave recieved these frames back. Please be kind and let me know via email or text. Your telephone wait time is horrible.1.15 hrs. Is simply too long to keep good customers waiting.
