1. What Is My Store Credit?
It is a virtual wallet linked to your Vooglam account where you will be able to store and access your credits if you return items and choose a store credit instead of a refund to the original Credit card or Afterpay account used to make the purchase.
2. How To Use My Store Credit?
You may view your Store Credit balance by signing onto your account and clicking “My Store Credit” under “My Account” or at checkout. You may apply your Vooglam wallet balance to a purchase on Vooglam only subject to the Terms, excluding purchase of Vooglam VIP membership. Please note that the currency used to pay for your order can only be used as USD.
3. Can I Still Pay With My Store Credit If I Already Applied Bonus Points And/Or A Coupon Code?
Yes! You may use your wallet balance as well as a coupon and/or bonus points, subject to the Terms.
4. Can I Withdraw The Money From My Store Credit?
If you return an item and choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund to the credit card or PayPal account originally used to make the purchase, you will not be able to redeem the store credit for cash.
5. Can I Transfer My Store Credit Balance To Another VOOGLAM Account?
Unfortunately, transferring the wallet balance from one Vooglam account to another Vooglam account is not possible.
6. I Never Used The Store Credit Balance, Why Is It Empty?
If you checked out with your Store Credit balance but did not complete the transaction, the balance applied will stay with the unpaid order. To restore the balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the CANCEL button in My Orders, and the balance will be returned to your wallet.
Please note: The Store Credit cannot be used for price difference and VIP services.

I am not interested in Vooglam wall. I would like a full refund back to my Credit card
I need my money to my credit card this is ridiculous how i gonna have my money if is stuck in vooglam wallet
